Service terms
What the service does
The assistant answers using information you provide and publish. AI replies can be incorrect. Review important answers and keep your information current. The current release does not execute bookings, payments or changes to orders.
Setup and trial
Standard guided setup is included. Assisted or custom setup is quoted separately before agreement. The seven-day trial starts when you activate a working channel, includes one channel and 100 AI responses, and needs no card. It pauses at expiry unless you choose a paid subscription.
Monthly subscriptions
Paid service starts at checkout and renews monthly at the price shown. Any applicable tax is shown before payment. Usage limits appear in your account. Additional usage is not charged automatically.
Cancellation and reactivation
Cancel renewal from your account at any time. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. The assistant then pauses. You can reactivate while your setup is retained. We notify you before deleting assistant information after the retention period.
Channels and availability
Connections depend on the relevant platform and your authorization. Only features marked available are included. Instagram, Messenger, booking integrations and calls are not active in this release.
Your information and customers
Only provide information you are authorized to use. Do not use the assistant for unsolicited messaging or provide passwords or payment-card details in conversations. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your policies and services.
