Information used by the service
We use account details, business information, assistant settings and customer conversations to provide the service. Keep private credentials and information the assistant should not share out of your FAQs.
AI and payment providers
Relevant conversation content and published business information are sent to the connected AI provider to generate replies. Claude is the initial provider. Stripe handles payments and billing details. Future social connections also involve the relevant platform.
Access and control
Businesses can view their own conversations and settings. Authorized platform administrators can support and manage the service. You can pause website chat and request human takeover for individual conversations.
Retention and deletion
After paid access ends, assistant information is normally retained for 90 days for reactivation, with notice before deletion. Billing records may be retained separately. Removing an assistant business does not remove orders or your shared account in other services.
