Connect your website

Your website, with a little help.

1. Open your business in My account and add approved website origins under Connections, for example https://yourbusiness.com.au.
2. Turn on website chat and save.
3. Copy the installation code from Connections into your website, just before the closing body tag. For website builders, use the custom code area.
4. Publish your information and start your trial.
5. Open your website and send a test question. Find the conversation in your account.

Only approved websites can use your chat. A website administrator may need to allow this service's script and API domain in the website security settings.
